Discovery Time In A Bag

Discovery Time in a Bag is a new program available for checkout that allows families to continue to enjoy Discovery Time from the comfort of their homes.  The only items that need to be returned to the library are the books, bag,

and basic craft supplies (scissors, crayon, etc.). 

There will be 12 themed bags available for checkout.

Everything you would receive at an in-person Discovery Time is available to you in the bag.  The bag comes with stick puppets for songs or rhymes, three-four books,

and 2 STEAM activities. 

(STEAM = Science Technology Engineering Arts Mathematics)

Bag themes are: Birds, Trees, Bugs, Animals, Flowers,

At the Beach, Under the Sea, At the Pond, In the Jungle,

In the Mountains, In the Savanna, and Volcanoes.

It's back!

The Perry County Public Library is happy to announce that

Lit Locker has returned for

7th grade to students up to 20 years old.

Click on the button below to fill out a form to request your

no-cost subscription box.

 

 



You will be emailed when boxes are ready for pickup and you will be given 5 business days to pickup at our Tell City or Cannelton location. There will be no holds on boxes and all boxes not picked up within the 5 day window will be given to the next person in line.

Due to popular demand, we will only be able to give

1 subscription box per household. Please list all names of

Young Adults using the box. They would share the books

but we will include a set of crafts and fun items

for each person signed up.

The IRS recently extended the tax-filing deadline to May 17, 2021.

The State of Indiana Department of Revenue and the Federal IRS will no longer be providing

tax forms for us to distribute. 

They are encouraging all taxpayers

to file their taxes electronically.
