Federal & State Tax Forms

The State of Indiana Department of Revenue and the Federal IRS will no longer be providing

tax forms for us to distribute. 

They are encouraging all taxpayers

to file their taxes electronically.

Sealed bids must be received no later than

February 23 by 5:00 pm

at the Perry County Public Library

on 2328 Tell Street, Tell City, Indiana 47586.

Bid should include whether the cleaning service is bonded

and information on any insurance coverages should be included. 

(e.g. workmen’s comp, liability etc.)

Patrons over the age of 2  are required to

wear a mask inside the library.

If you forget your mask, we have some available for free, although a goodwill donation of a $1 would be appreciated.

For those who do not wish to wear a mask 

or would prefer  to not come inside, 

curbside delivery outside our libraries is still available.
