To Obtain a Tell City - Perry County Public Library Card:
Any resident of Tell City or
Perry County, excluding Cannelton
residents, may apply for a TCPC Library Card. Residents living within
the city limits of Cannelton are welcome to use the library, but must
first obtain a library card from the Cannelton Public Library.
Age 6 and older may apply for a card. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by their guardian/custodial parent. When applying for a library card, you must present one proof of identification listed below with a correct mailing address on it:
Drivers License
School ID w/photo
State ID w/photo
Car Registration
Checkbook
Lease
Property Tax Statement
Pay Stub
Utility Bill (telephone, gas, electric, water, etc.)
P.O. Boxes are NOT proof of residency, as you do not need to live in the county to get one. However, you may elect to have notices sent to that address.
Non-resident property owners must show a property tax receipt.
RESIDENTS OF OTHER INDIANA COUNTIES
A resident of another Indiana library district should present a
valid library card from his or her home library. If that
library is a member of the "Reciprocal
Borrower Agreement," a Tell City - Perry County Public Library card can
be obtained at no charge.
Other non-residents may purchase a Public Library Access Card (PLAC) or a Non-Resident card. Please see a Circulation Library Clerk for details.
