To Obtain a Tell City - Perry County Public Library Card:

Drivers License
School ID w/photo
State ID w/photo
Car Registration
Checkbook
Lease
Property Tax Statement
Pay Stub
Utility Bill (telephone, gas, electric, water, etc.)
P.O. Boxes are NOT proof of residency, as you do not need to live in the county to get one.  However, you may elect to have notices sent to that address.
Non-resident property owners must show a property tax receipt.

RESIDENTS OF OTHER INDIANA COUNTIES
A resident of another Indiana library district should present a valid library card from his or her home library. If that library is a member of the "Reciprocal Borrower Agreement," a Tell City - Perry County Public Library card can be obtained at no charge.

Other non-residents may purchase a Public Library Access Card (PLAC) or a Non-Resident card. Please see a Circulation Library Clerk for details.
