Tell City - Perry County Public Library  and the Perry County Bookmobile has a collection of nearly 60,000 volumes of materials including over 1000 audiocassettes (books on cassette tapes and cd's)over 1000 movies (VHS and DVDs), 135 magazine subscriptions, five regional weeklies and seven daily newspapers.   

Books, magazines, audiocassettes, and CDs from the main library circulate for two weeks and may be renewed in person, via web (password required), or by phone unless another patron reserves them.  Videos and DVDs circulate for one week and may not be renewed.

Filing for Unemployment Online and Need Help?

Tell City Perry County Public Library has partnered with Catholic Charities in providing trained Community Volunteers to assist you in filing for unemployment online.

Effective June 1, 2009 the use of cell phones and other verbal communication devices are not allowed in the library and must be turned off or turned on vibrate.

 Patrons must take all calls into the library entryway or outside.

This policy is for the benefit of patrons to provide a quiet atmosphere for study and research.
